In this module, we invite you to explore different aspects of self-care and discover ways to fit these habits into your life that will hopefully provide a little bit of love and attention for your own body, mind, and soul. We hope this will help you re-frame, re-energize, and re-start your self-care practice. As parents and caregivers who support kids with their mental health and well-being, we’ve learned along the way how valuable self-care is.
